Costa Sibanda is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in leadership, human resources management, employment relations, training and development, and corporate governance. Over the years, he has shared his expertise with diverse audiences on numerous esteemed platforms across the African continent, including the Executive leadership of the Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Malawi, the executive leadership of the Presidency of Uganda, NGO Executive leaders from across South Sudan and Sudan, the Executive leadership of the Public Service of Namibia, the Executive leadership of the ESCOM of Malawi, and various Executive leadership of the NGO communities in Tanzania, Kenya, and South Africa. Additionally, he has been a keynote speaker at many leadership conferences in South Africa for both private and public platforms.
